In this manual you will find exercises with which you can face any type of emotional problems. These are imagination exercises: you have to transform your behaviour or emotions into different characters, animals chatting in front of you. Once you create them you can observe them clearly.
While the game developed itself, the characters will reveal you their needs and wishes, their POSITIVE INTENTIONS with you. Just like in fables, you will note that their behaviour will be contradictory, and they will try to show you that each of them is the best.
One of them is familiar to you, and the other one , is a ghost. One of them is the light and the other one the darkness, one is admirable and the other is hateful.
