COMPANY REQUIREMENTS: The
activity’s aim was to show that for a situation there are always
various options of answer. More options the grater the possibilities
of success.
TARGET: Pension Fund Managers
OBJECTIVE: Develop creativity, phase a situation from different angles
and asses diverse solutions.
RESOURCES: A piece of paper and a pencil
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: Teams made up of 3 to 6 players
DYNAMICS: An anecdote about a specific theme is told ( an important
sale, a difficult client) and how it was solved.
Other possible solutions are submitted, different from the one already
explained.
Then without mentioning which was the real solution, the rest of the
participants consider the selection of the best strategy.
