Games are a simpler and amusing simulation of reality. That's why games are the best way to teach, explain a product or a service in a tempting and attractive way.


WHY WITH GAMES?


GAME AND REALITY

When playing a game, we "think" that we are living a situation. Even though the fact that we mentally know that it is just a game, our emotions and values are involved. This is the reason why the game becomes a crucial part of training: because it allows us to test and learn new concepts of behaviour.
We know that "it is not the reality, it is just a game". There are neither penalties, nor rewards; it is just a rehearsal.

LEARNING THROUGH GAMES

Learning of new concepts and theories turns useless if it is not applied to the immediate reality.
We quiet often think " How interesting! What it is worth for?

Training through games allows the following:

  • In the Present: The mood during the training is the best: happiness, confidence, willingness of sharing experiences.
  • In the Past: During the reflexion of each game, similar anecdotes that have occurred are analized. What it is its similarity with reality? What could have I done in this situation?
  • In the Future: Concepts to be learned are taken from experiences and will be applied to similar situations. How could be my reaction, next time this occurs?
