PREMISES OF TRAINING THROUGH GAMES
Training
is achieved through experience and practice, rather than through
learning new concepts and theories.
Experiencing a situation representing reality (simulation games),
allows us to rehears new concepts of behaviour.
By testing new ways, even though they belong to us or to others,
a change of face would take place in front of certain situations.
Thus, naturally,
the results of the task are modified:
- New tools are
known and learned for team building.
- A good communication
with the internal and external client is obtained.
- Sale techniques,
communication techniques, business techniques and others are
handled.
A relaxed environment, with the
possibility of rehearsing and having fun , generates willingness
to learn and incorporate new concepts of behaviour.
Concepts
are based on Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence
and other current theories provided by the tools, to be used
the day after the training.
This allows us to see how the other person thinks, how
to channel or change our way of communication considering the
person we are talking to, generating the mood suitable to meet
our objectives.
The dynamic of the training consists of five
steps:
1. A game
2. Reflection of the game
3. Teaching of new concepts
4. Applying concepts learned at work
5. Assessing the activity
